"The location of the hotel was great and very close to the main attractions in London. The cleaning service was top notch. The lobby staff were not very helpful as the revolving door was out of service quite a few times in our stay. It would have been nice to have an ice machine on the floors. We had to go to the bar to get a cup of ice. It would have been nice to order off a menu at the restaurant instead of just getting the buffet breakfast every morning. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay."

"Unbelievable staff and beautiful bar and restaurant. Room was fine but not what you’d expect given the prices. Room 251 also had a loud sound of a running tap or shower throughout the entire night."

"Location, price, cleanliness, amenities all excellent. Only wish it would be dog friendly. Possibly a mat for the shower as water gets everywhere and there are not enough towels."

"The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful room could of been cleaner though and tea,coffee,sugar,milk there wasn't enough.. my partner is a wheel chair user but there was a couple of steps that lead to our room so he had to get out the wheelchair and I had to carry the wheelchair over the steps but part from that everything was great and staff went out there way to help"

"Walls are paper thin, we couldn’t sleep because of the tv from the next room. It was like we had our tv on all night. But the staff handled it very quickly, all the staff was really nice. Also our room looked nothing compared to the pictures online, it was small and didn’t even have a place to put our luggage (table, luggage rack…) nothing i had to put it in the floor. For me it was a little annoying because I have bad knees"
