"The hotel was lovely, and the swimming pools amazing! The staff were lovely and friendly and really helpful. However, the rooms do not have air conditioning and become very hot when you can only open a small window. They did supply a fan, but it was still very hot. Breakfast really wasn't very good. The two nights we were their the breakfast was stone cold one day and luke warm the next, and the scrambled egg was like rubber! Other than the food the room was lovely and as the say the swimming pools were brilliant, they just need to improve the food, and maybe put a fridge in the rooms. Would have been helpful to keep some milk in their for my young son."

"All the staff were very friendly. We arrived in time for dinner so ate in the hotel. 12.5% tip automatically added at payment station.Didn’t want to cause a fuss but would like to have been given the choice. A bit naughty to automatically add."

"Staffs are nice and accommodating. The room is ok but it would be nice if theres a air freshener as there is unwanted smells lingering in the room and on the corridor."

"The hotel was spotless, the reception staff especially Alice (hopefully that's correct) were amazing, as were the rest of the staff we encountered. Breakfast was great and fresh and the cooked options were not greasy as we find quite often in other hotels. The room was great, quiet and clean. We would have given 5 stars but unfortunately even though everything else about this hotel was perfect, the bed and the pillows made for an uncomfortable sleep, the pillows felt like they were full of small pieces of foam and the mattress wasn't much better."
