"The hotel is good. Further removed from the airport than you’d think though, and costs £4 per person to get there via the shuttle bus, which isn’t often mentioned. The food and lounge were nice. The only gripe would be the air conditioning which didn’t keep up with the heat in the room and only cooled down in the middle of the night. Fix that, and you’ve got a winner."

"Great stay as always, restaurant very busy but staff great. Disappointed to be given an accessible room without being advised - bathroom was just a wet room so not overly keen to use as floor would remain wet."

"Very nice hotel a short walk from Stratford train station and Westfield shopping centre. Friendly reception with free welcome drink which was appreciated. A really nice room with excellent, quiet air conditioning. Comfy bed. The only negative was bar staff were more interested in their phones than serving customers but this seems to be the norm in England so not unique to this hotel."

"Very convenient location. Plenty of shops, supermarket and a pub. Large room, (triple room- 1 double & 1 single) Room clean but a little tired and needs a new carpet. Very comfortable bed. Easy parking 5 minute walk away, free overnight. Helpful staff, great breakfast. Ideal for a night and would definitely stay again."

"Got the very last parking spot in the hotel parking lot. Getting a spot is not guaranteed so please keep that in mind. It's first come first served. Beds are comfy. Rooms are clean. Does the job well. The breakfast is amazing. And the staff very polite and helpful. Would stay again."
