"Overall this was an excellent hotel with the perfect suite for a family of five (3 kids). The location was ideal for public transportation! The only semi-negative thing that happened was that the safe suddenly stopped working the day before we had to leave the hotel and the hotel took a lot longer than we anticipated to get it fixed, despite mentioning many times that we had a train to catch the next day. They did not come until the next day (late morning) and we had to push back our train tickets, causing us to be stuck with terrible seats since it was a last minute change. I know some things are out of their control but I did wish for a higher sense of urgency from them on getting it fixed. Other than that, I actually would go back to stay at this hotel."

"Conveniently located next to the terminal building. The foyer is stunning and is even fragranced. Rooms were comfortable and just what we needed the night before our early flight. All staff were attentive and friendly. "

"Excellent location huge room very clean and well kept. Found an excellent deal, breakfast was great and staff very friendly Curtains didn’t close fully at the top so we had a flashing light on the room as lights on dock reflected off the water but didn’t spoil our 3 night stay and would highly recommend "
