The quality of the bedding, towels (so soft!) and breakfast was great, and we had a really good night’s sleep. Our welcome was warm and genuine, and all the staff we encountered were lovely. "

"Room good. Nice lighting. Unusual. Spacious plenty parking. Friendly but professional staff. Reasonable prices in bar for food and drinks. Food in eve reasonable. Good breakfast. Coffee good. Bed comfy. Gym rubbish but equipment they got in there I use and it works ok. Never seen a rower that had been in the bottom of the sea. My gloves were rusty when I got off the rower😆 So yes, a good hotel. It always surprises me how many hotels get the above wrong. One other thing to mention. The spa should be free to use for hotel guests, definitely. A £10 charge per hour is not really acceptable. I would stay there again without doubt. "
