"I stayed here for over a week in February 2026 and found it excellent in all respects. I think it is in a convenient location (not far from several subway stations and I walked to Ginza and Roppongi easily). The pool complex is simply fantastic. Probably the best hotel pool I've used, and I used it every day. My room was on a high floor, very well appointed and had excellent views to the east and south east. House keeping was great and very responsive and the tpiletries were excellent. It had everything I needed and I will stay here again (later this year). I was very impressed."

The location is unbeatable, just steps from the train station, with a 7-Eleven right behind the hotel, a FamilyMart directly across the street, a pharmacy within a short walk, and plenty of great restaurants nearby if you want to stay close for the evening. The rooms are clean, spacious, and very comfortable, and the unlimited complimentary water is such a thoughtful touch. The breakfast is perfect for a quick bite before heading out to explore for the day. Most importantly, the staff is incredibly kind, welcoming, and always willing to go above and beyond to help. We felt so well taken care of throughout our stay. I’ll be recommending this hotel to everyone I know, we absolutely loved it!"
