"We had a wonderful experience at the resort and will certainly be returning! Our only suggestion would be to consider shifting the music in the pool and common areas toward light tropical dancing vibes—such as classic Latin rhythms or merengue—rather than techno. This would better complement the beautiful atmosphere of the property."

"Our experience was AMAZING at this all-inclusive resort! The resort was beautiful & very well kept, the staff were all friendly & super helpful, there were plenty of pools to enjoy with swim up bars, they had a adventurous lazy river, the food was incredible with multiple restaurants & cultural foods to experience and the vibe of the whole resort was energetic with several bars & a nightclub to mingle over a drink! I would especially like to thank Miguel Garrido for making our experience at Ocean El Faro/Beso so smooth & fantastic!!! From the moment we stepped foot on the resort he was there to guide, assist, be available to any and all needs! We did not even need to worry about details - he took care of everything for us! If you ever visit this resort - definitely ask for Miguel (Mano) Garrido!!! FANTASTIC overall experience!!!"

"Toda la gente con mal caracter y page por previlegio y podiamos cafe Ala abitacion y nunca querian llevarnos y nosotros teniamos derecho de room services las 24 horas el cuarto no lo Limpian bien en Los restaurantes todos derecho de room mal humor al pedir la orden y aunque uno les de prolines no son nada amables duramos dos dias sin Que nos dieron agua con gas hasta Que mi esposo ablo con el supervisor el mayordomo Eloy muy amable no Recomendado este hotel ocean blue"
