"Hotels.com stated this location as “Uptown”. It is NOT UPTOWN. Also there is nothing on hotels.com stating the poor neighborhood and dozens of people standing around The hotel entrance. No one would visit me because of where I was staying. Hotels.com has dropped in quality when you merged. I used to get a free room every 10 stays. Now I get $1 here or there. Clearly I’m moving to another hotel app."

"The hotel and room were very clean. Bed was super comfortable and there was plenty of light in the room. Room appeared to be revently renovated with hard wood floors and nice bathrooms. Breakfast was adequate with scrambled eggs and make your own waffle option; a meat (bacon, hame, or sausage) would have been a nice addition to breakfast. Ample parking and a gym were available at this hotel. Staff was pleasant though we not quick to greet you when entering the lobby or wishing you a good day. Check out was efficient. "

"We come to Charlotte every year to visit Carrigan Farms and Carowinds during Halloween. This place was the perfect location. Mid way between the two. And so close to Camp North End, which we love. My teenage daughter and her three friends have started this tradition and will probably be back again next year. The home had everything we needed. Great kitchen table and living area for us. The kids loved the ping pong and stuff downstairs. Plenty of beds. Overall a great stay!"
