"When we check in the front desk agent was terrible rude, during the whole check in she was singing out loud like ignoring us. Don’t know why, me and my husband were on work staycation so we both have cars, she gave us only one pass, and told us that we have parkings around the town, that’s when she starts ignoring us and singing out loud. Very disrespectful check in. I was thinking about calling a supervisor but for someone to do a check in like that seems like the management aloud them to do...

"This was are second stay this season, again a great place, quick and easy to get to the ski resorts and the local market.Very peaceful neighborhood. Definitely a must do for next snowboarding season! "

10/10 Excellent

"This is a great hotel. We loved that they have a steam room, and sauna in addition to the standard pool and gym offerings. The only issue we had was they were out of pool towels. We had to use hand towels from the gym to dry off after our swim. There was a sign saying they are experiencing a towel shortage. We later found two pool towels in our room, but that still would not have been enough for the four of us. This seems like something they could easily fix. The game room looked fun, but our stay was too short to use it. This is a gorgeous hotel. "
