"The staff at check in was very friendly and helpful and went out of her way to get us checked into a great room. We have stayed here many times and always enjoyed the stay and the staff. The location is spectacular."

"No complaints about the room, it was exactly as described. What really ruined the stay for me was the fact that there was no handicapped parking directly in front of the building and the rude person that took my call told me to park in any open spot in the lot. That does not help me when I am on oxygen, using a cane and can't breathe well when walking long distances and to me, that was a long distance especially with luggage. Whomever was answering the phone and was not understanding English and had a nasty attitude needs some customer service training. There were handicapped parking spots in the underground parking that should be offered to someone with a handicap plaque. We enjoyed our first time at this property which is why we came back but after this trip, we won't be back. Too many other options."

"The property was clean and maintained for the age. At check-in staff said that they were condos not a hotel so don’t expect housekeeping. However, it felt like a hotel because there’s no kitchen. Very small refrigerator and microwave were offered along with a toaster. Main bedroom felt crowded like they had stuck two queen beds into a room that one king would’ve fit. The closet had the extra lamp and nightstand. Ice machine on the floor didn’t work had to go into the other building to get ice. The pool and hot tub were maintained well although the chairs in the pool area really could’ve used a cleaning."

"Confirmed a real crib would be available for our stay before booking because my baby does not do well in pack and plays for sleeping and got in at 1:00 am and checked in and they had no idea where a crib was and didn’t even have a real crib at this point. Almost an hour later a pack and play is provided with the hardest mattress and in the worst condition but it’s 2:00 and we all need sleep. I then had a huge water leak in our room from the bathroom sink which flooded the floor and a lot of our things. We tried using the hot tub and it was filthy and covered in bugs/dirt and had not been cleaned at all . Honestly so disappointed. Would not stay here again. This was out of our way but for a crib and suite set up we were willing to drive but it didn’t even work that way."
