"L’hôtel est très bien situé. Le personnel très gentil. Tout était toujours très propre. Cependant, le lit était royalement inconfortable. Beaucoup trop dur. Lorsque nous avons demandé s’il y avait quelque chose à faire, on nous a dit que oui. Par contre, en revenant, au lieu d’ajouter quelque chose pour rendre le tout un peu plus confortable, ils n’avaient que retiré la couette de la housse en la mettant sur nos valises. Nous avons dû par nous-mêmes prendre la deuxième couette qui était au garde robe pour la mettre sous le drap contour pour avoir un minimum de confort. Sachez que la piscine sur le toit et la terrasse sont incroyables et l’hôtel très bien situé."

"The location is 10 out of 10. In the middle of everything - La Giralda, The Cathedral, El Alcazar, shopping, food and bars (both turística but also locals). Great new hotel with great views. Lovely staff particularly Inmaculada and Manuel. Great breakfast . All so clean"

"Excellent location. On border of old town and short walk to main tourist attractions, shops, bars, etc No on street parking, but underground paid parking available only meters away..... Charges about 20 euros per day."

"We were disappointed by our stay at this hotel. The room was basic and the bathroom was small. The hotel is dated. Cleaners woke us every morning talking and parking cleaning trolleys outside the room. Also heard noise from neighbouring rooms when they used the shower. Water temperature changed during showering from cool to very hot. Pool area was nice but tied. Decided not to eat at the hotel more cost effective and nicer experience to eat local to the hotel. "
