Amazing stay! The room was clean, quiet, warm, and very comfortable. I loved the peaceful location and apartment-style setup, and it was still easy to get around Munich by public transportation. I would definitely stay here again, especially for a longer visit! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

great place to stay, one of the best values in town. 15 mins S-Bahn ride to the central train station, clean and spacious rooms and generous breakfast buffet. The rooms have a kitchenette, so the place is especially suitable for longer stays. I have been going to the Gaestehaus for almost 30 years and I don't see a reason to stay in any other place in Munich

The room was great, both in terms of cleanliness and price. Very modern and the kitchenette came with everything you could need to cook which really saved us some money. The only bad thing about this property is the location. It got a little sketchy at night and the women I was with were catcalled both nights we were there by men on the walk from the train to our hotel. It was to the point where we wanted to be back in the hotel before 9pm.

Friendly and comfortable stay in Munich during Oktoberfest. The hotel is walking distance to the fest, and the front desk staff were always so kind and helpful. The rooms do get quite loud at night due to their proximity to the train station— lots of people and vehicles outside making noise. But just bring some earplugs, and you’ll be fine. :)

The hotel suite is well located close to the central railway station. Check-in was seamless. While there were no towels on arrival, this was quickly resolved after a phone call. The room is air conditioned. It is close to shopping and groceries as well as restaurants. The kitchen is adequately equipped. We recommend taking a few dishwasher pods, as these are not provided. For longer stays, extra Nespresso compatible coffee pods should also be packed (original).

This was a great property for my family of four, which included two almost-adult children. Check-in and check-out was easy, and the property is near a couple of different bus/tram stops. You will need to take a tram to the Marienplatz (probably a 10-15 minute trip). But they run often. There is no air-conditioning, but it was comfortable with the fans provided. THE BEST PLACE TO STAY!! This apartment was heaven sent! Clean, cozy, comfortable, spacious, everything you need and more. The location is great and the hosts communication was incredible!!! Three spacious rooms, perfect for families!

Location, Location, Location! Absolutely amazing location. And the beds were super comfy, waking up in the cozy beds was wonderful and refreshing from the late night walks. Kitchenette perfect size for wondering travelers. The staff were kind, friendly and helpful. There was only one small downside and that was room was slightly dirty for my OCD. But, completely understandable as we checked in three hours early and checked out three hours late. Which made traveling so much more enjoyable and...
