Among the many, many helpful things she did for us: She arranged for car transfer from the airport to Hoi An, which was very reasonably priced. She went out of her way to help us get the most out of our few days there, recommending various activities, restaurants, even a fantastic cirque du soleil inspired show with music, dance and acrobatics which was great! "This was a nice hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, with a lovely rain shower. The room also had an outdoor shower that we didn't use, but was a nice touch. The pool seemed nice but we didn't go in. Breakfast was sufficient. This is a bit far from town (about 15-30 minute walk, depending on where you're going), so be aware of that. The location is quieter and more relaxed than an in-town stay."
