Had an amazing stay for our first trip to vietnam. The room was nice and the neighborhood quiet and easy. The staff were very friendly and helpful and were helpful with providing recommendations and car services. The beach is just down the street and the area is a good break away from the traffic and chaos. Would definitely stay here again.

We spent six nights at the Four Seasons in Hoi-An. The villa was very spacious and extremely clean for two adults and one child. The grounds were well kept and clean. We enjoyed riding bikes around but buggies are available all over the resort. The staff is simply amazing and they remembered every detail about us throughout the week. I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. It was clean, the room was large, the bed was so comfortable and the breakfast was simply the best we’ve ever had! It was in a convenient location, just across a short bridge to “downtown” Hoi An. Honestly I didn’t want to leave. If you are wondering where to stay, stop looking and book this hotel. We travel a lot and this is a great place!

An absolutely incredible hotel nestled just off the beach, the Silk Sense resort is an ideal luxury resort just north of Hoi An. Featuring immaculate service where nothing is too much trouble, staff will make you feel incredibly welcomed and provide whatever is needed. Everything about this resort is beyond superb! Excellent service, beautiful property, spa and massage was amazing and breakfast had a wide selection of variety. Free access to 3 pools, Japanese bath, gym and kids club activities, private beach pool as well as free shuttle bus to Hoi An and Danang city was very convenient. Staffs and cleaning service was outstanding. Definitely would recommend and planning to come back again!

This was one of the most relaxing and luxurious vacations we have had. We have visited numerous other places in Asia but this was by far the best location. This resort is top notch! The Hoi An Silk Marina is a great hotel for those who want to see the Hoi An Ancient Town but want to stay in an upscale hotel. It does not have beach access, so if you want a beach you should stay in Da Nang at a beachfront hotel. But, the Silk Marina is easy walking distance to the Hoi An Ancient Town and has really nice rooms and a nice pool. We wanted a semi-boutique experience that still came with all the amenities to make things easy with our younger kids (swimming pool, beach, kids club, room service, breakfast buffet, etc). Spent 3 nights at the Sunny Pool Villa, and happy to say that everything met or exceed our expectations. The staff were always friendly and helpful; beds were comfortable; room was clean; pool was refreshing. Breakfast wasn't overly impressive, but still satisfactory. Minors drawbacks include being a little far from the main strip, and the chickens on neighboring properties who like to crow at first light. Overall, a great stay!

Staffs are friendly. Good food and nice hotel. But, on the check out morning, my daughter was scare when we found out a cockroach on the floor. We also show that to the room service.

Superb customer service and attentive staff. Place was clean and quiet. The hotel is a bit away from the city center but we had no issues getting Grab.

The resort was beautiful and quiet. The receptionist and restaurant staff were excellent. The pool staff were not attentive, had to call them to get service. It’s far from town and airport. There not much around walking distance.

Amazing experience. The decor is both mesmerizing as functional. Food & service are amazing. Super close to Hoi An. Definitely recommend for couples as well as for families.
