"Great facilities, super clean but the best asset was the staff, plenty of them, all thoroughly polite, helpful and engaging- something you don't see very often in the current hospitality climate. It was also noticeable the age range in staff which gives a great atmosphere and learning environment for the younger ones. Excellent!!!"

"On arrival noticed carpets in reception and hallways were fraying Room was on initial arrival found to be clean but having needed to move a bedside table it was filthy Only 1 towel and half a toilet roll for a 2 night stay for 2 of us (replacement given on request Shower pressure could be better Greeted on arrival with a £5 charge for parking in cash which was not advertised Bed comfortable and bedding clean. Paper thin walls could hear next rooms TV clearly early hours of morning In summary convenient location and if you are happy with accommodation on a budget this fits the bill"

"This is without doubt a really lovely little bolt hole. Peaceful and beautiful. At the time of year we visited the paths were muddy and filled with huge puddles. Boots/wellingtons and definitely a torch would have been useful. Also the bedroom is small and the bed is more or less at floor level which was quite difficult to negotiate. Having said that the boathouse is very well put together and the view is so tranquil. "

"This lovely home is fantastic! 3 bedrooms (2 w/double-bed, 1 w/bunk beds), very well furnished, clean and comfortable. Perfect for my family of 4.Host provided awesome and prompt communication with clear check-in instructions.Host provides a great binder full of information about the home, the TV, and the neighborhood, complete with maps and phone numbers for local restaurants, grocery, taxi services, etc.We stayed here one night before flying out from Gatwick airport. We got a taxi for less than 25 (pounds) to the airport and the trip was about 15 minutes in traffic.We walked to the nearby grocery for some food and snacks. Neighborhood is residential, and very quiet and friendly.We arrived by train at the Ifield stop in Crawley and it was a 10 minute walk to this home.We would stay here again, even for an extended trip. This felt like staying at our home."
