"Loved the hotel. Beautiful antique look and feel but with very modern touches as well. In an excellent area between the old and new section of San Sebastián. Very walkable to everywhere you want to go/see. Highly recommend this location. Also faces La Concha Beach. Get a room with a balcony, so worth it. Staff was very helpful and welcoming. "

"Hotel is situated in a very good central location, next to shopping in a nice neighborhood. We were upgraded to a comfortable suite no view but it was ok. The only negative is that it has an excellent rooftop bar that we were not able to attend with our small service animal. "

"We were allocated room 127 which was close to the open atrium leading to reception and above the hotel's restaurant. We could hear the dull thud of techno music from our room which is not what we paid for. I went to reception to ask when it would cease and I was advised that it would "be soon". At 10:00 pm, I wnt back to reception to say that I could still hear the music and was advised that it had been turned down but I advised the receptionist that I could still hear it from my room. The receptionist allocated me a different room away from the noise. I did not need to move my luggage until I left the hotel the next day. So although my initial experience was not good, the hotel did their best to rectify the issue as best they could. So, I have awarded them 5 stars because the outcome was very satisfactory."
