"The rooms,staff&food all excellent just a really great hotel"

"Stayed twice recently overnight and each time have had a lovely room but the hotel does get busy with coach parties and I had to wait longer than I would normally eat dinner. But would stay again."

However this was quick;y sorted out by Nikki, she was extremely helpful, very professional and wished for our stay to be a happy one. Thank you Nikki. We did have our evening meal in the restaurant. It is so nice to have a relaxing time before travelling the next day."

"Great location and the apartment is lovely. It has everything you need for the kitchen such as utensils and pots and pans and a fridge. It also has a washing machine! The people that work there are really friendly and hospitable. Will book again."

"Amazing size room, lovely big bed. Tea, coffee and hot chocolate provided. Bathroom a bit dated, but perfectly adequate. I was on the ground floor and the noise from the room above was loud (thin ceilings?) when they were getting ready to go out in the evening, and again in the morning. Lovely leisure facilities."

"Hotel is located 2 to 3 miles from Norwich city centre. Plenty of car parking available. Buses 28, 29 and 29X all leave near Asda to the city centre. Buses are frequent. Staff at reception and in the bar were all very pleasant. Room was very clean, as was the ensuite. It was very quiet at night, and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast had lots of hot and cold food options. Plenty of hot and cold beverages available too. Overall, I would definitely recommend staying at Mercure Norwich."
