"The location was excellent, allowing us to walk to Waikiki, and there was an Alamo car rental office right nearby. The hotel was well-equipped with everything we needed; with two double beds, our family of four stayed comfortably. The owner kept in close contact with us, and we were even able to check in earlier than scheduled. I would definitely stay here again. One minor issue with the facility itself is that the elevator could be a bit faster."

"The hotel room was just fine. Everything was clean and well cared for. One of the two elevators was not functioning (nothing said about it at check-in, never asked why) so that made getting to your room/car with bags a 3-5 ride wait, as everyone was using the one elevator. The breakfast was great and what you would expect for a typical BW breakfast room. The one off-putting experience came with the morning shower and when moving the shower curtain, a massive cockroach dropped to the floor from in between the two curtains. Yuck."
