"Excellent choice and value for money. Only downside, breakfast was cold. Cold beans. Cold bacon. Slightly warm sausage. My friend had other options and they too were cold or just room temperature. Cannot fault the staff, the room or anything else. "

"Room 209. City view. Lovely room, spacious and nice modern design. Good shower and bathroom. Bed fairly comfortable although dipped slightly in middle with 2 medium sized people in it. Pillows were plump. The only thing which let it down was the window catch was broken and the window would not close fully meaning the noise from the main ring road was loud and constant and woke me up several times in the night. I tried to put something inside the catch but it reduced the noise only a little. I suggest the hotel inspects and fixes this. "

"When we checked we were told we only got a 1 hour spa slot, which was disappointing but then when we went to book that slot we were told we couldn't use the spa due to full capacity. Very disappointed as we choose the hotel for the facilities "
