Well located hotel with nice rooms but the bathrooms need to be updated & modernised. Plenty of places to eat nearby ideal location for Colmar & visiting Alsace region. Very good breakfast with wide choice. The added bonus was that our 2no dogs were allowed at the hotel for a reasonable additional cost

We booked this hotel, it seemed easy to commute to city center. However, bus A don't commute to hotel's location after 8 pm in weekdays and 7 pm in weekends. This was a negative experience for us and I think everyone should take this situation into consideration. For hotel's conditon, I can say it would be better if the room was cleaner. Comfort was good. Breakfast was ok, but not the best. Dinner service was very slow and food quality was poor. If I will visit Colmar again, I would not stay in this hotel.

Friendly and accomodating staff. Noisy rooms also too hot even with the thetmistat turned down and window open. We did not try the restaurant in the evening as the reviews we read were rather negative so we wrnt to a bar lounge a 3 minute walk away, we also weren't going to pay 12e/person for breakfast when there was a pastusserie over the road. The shower was awful and the toilet seat height too high.

Una premessa: le recensioni secondo me devono tenere conto delle aspettative, REALISTICHE in base al costo e alle caratteristiche di una struttura. Io cercavo e ho acquistato esattamente quello che ho trovato: un posto basico ma comodo per spostarsi a Colmar in auto, con parcheggio, camera pulita, in più una ottima colazione, ad un costo molto vantaggioso. È ridicolo pagare poco e avere pretese da 5 Stelle Superiore. Ci siamo trovati molto bene e torneremmo volentieri. Camera comoda, doccia eccellente, colazione completa di tutto.
