Been in March and April and the rooms are a little bit cold but u can always ask for a radiator. The staff are really profesional and nice. "The Sofitel experience is the best I've ever had! The staff is kind, helpful, and friendly. The room was spacious, comfortable, and affordable. Very clean. The hotel is designed with a modern flair and has 4 restaurants. We were treated to a delicious Continental breakfast and enjoyed the Thai/Chinese restaurant. The passageway connecting the hotel with Gatwick airport and, via south terminal, the train station makes this hotel convenient. No need to get a taxi or Uber. My husband and I look forward to returning to Sofitel Gatwick! A big thank you to all the kind staff, especially Harrish, Alessia, Steven, and the rest whose names I don't recall."

"We needed picked up at the train station and that was quick and easy 6 £. Only draw back was no lift, but the driver quickly took my bags upstairs. Place is very clean and updated . Restaurant was nice. Trip to airport the next day was quick and easy £12 per room. Price for room was very reasonable."
