"I was so pleased with this unit. Everything felt homey and clean. It is a 3rd floor unit, and I'll say the stairs are worth the comfort inside and view. When I visit Surfside again, it would be a pleasure to stay here again. Smaller community, cute pool, excellent beach. Just the extra little things that make the difference"

"The room was very clean inside. The balcony had carpet and looked like it had never been cleaned. there were potato chips on the balcony. Now it was very windy and could have blown onto it. The bathroom was very small. Overall, I would stay again but it was a very old complex and totally not what was represented with the pictures. "

"Beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony! The rooms were neat and clean. The host provided access to everything we needed to enjoy time on the beach. The pools, hot tubs, and lazy river were clean each day we visited too. Highly recommend!"
