"Good customer service (I had to extend my stay but change rooms, the cleaning staff moved by baggage between rooms for free). Overall clean and well maintained. The only warning I have is that the heat build up is pretty bad in the rooms and there is no air conditioning, just windows that you can open and a fan provided. I would recommend it for the cooler months but avoid it come mid June through September."

I had asked before I booked about a/c and was never told they meant a portable unit. "Comfortable stay. No issues. The host kindly arranged a microwave for us also on request which was really helpful travelling with small kids. One minor thing that could be improved - a clock in each room please. The clock in lounge wasn't working correctly."
