"Lovely b&b with outdoor pool Well maintained clean pool we had to ourselves for most of the stay. Large bedroom attached to the house. It didn't feel very private with our back door leading out onto the owners outdoor dining area as well as our toilet window right next to where they are eating their meals outdoors! Nice clean bathroom but shower pressure was poor not suitable for washing long hair! Gardens were lovely with seating areas dotted around , but looks like they needed a little maintenance. The outdoor furniture had bird poo and dirt on them. Delicious breakfast with cereals fruit yoghurt and a lovely homemade cooked breakfast. Host was nice."

"Our room and bathroom was clean and comfortable. Only had a 1 night stay, tv, tea and coffee making facility in room, lots of storage space. Breakfast self service buffet was good, plenty to choose from. Good place for plane spotting, but our room was back of hotel so the plane noise wasn't a problem, maybe as the planes were coming into Gatwick and not taking off in our direction. All on all, happy with stay. Checking in was quick and easy. Staff all pleasant."

"Hotel is perfect if you just want to have somewhere to sleep if you are heading to Gatwick. Basic. But quadruple room was perfect for us. Parking is an extra £5. Beds comfortable. Room and bathroom clean. 3 miles drive to APH if you are parking there. Which we were. So perfect. Having driven down from Macclesfield."

"Ahmed (Mohammed) was very very kind! I will say that he definitely upgraded me and treated me very well. I was the only one that have the working air conditioner out of the entire hotel. That is a positive but also negative as there should be an update done and air-conditioning should be included considering there was a heat wave when I was there. Another thing that irritated me was that they had a voicemail on their phone that said dinner went till 10 PM but when I got there by nine, the kitchen was closed and there was a little bit of an argument on that. In the end, he did go and make something in the kitchen, but they really need to update all their policies and times. The hotel smelt awful. It smelled like a dirty rag. And I did not like the fact that it did not have an elevator. As someone with medical conditions, I prefer to have an air conditioner and an elevator. Other than that, the stuff was great. I had contacted Aisha a bunch of times to write a review and I was ignored. In my opinion that isn't the greatest form of customer service."
