"We were disappointed to learn that the hot tub would not be repaired before our stay, as it was a major reason we chose this property and was prominently advertised. We were not notified in advance and only discovered the change ourselves, requiring us to contact Vacasa for confirmation. While the home itself was wonderful and met our needs—especially the unexpected and much-enjoyed vinyl collection—the process of obtaining a hot tub refund took over two weeks. Although Vacasa was generally responsive, communication from the local team was slow, which raised concerns about responsiveness in the event of an emergency. Overall, the house is a great property for large groups, comfortably fitting 12 people with ample living and dining room space to gather. There was also plenty of parking available near the house, which made coming and going during our ski trip very convenient."

"This pet friendly house was well appointed for a nice time relaxing and cooking the week of Christmas. The kitchen has all basic necessary supplies for baking and cooking. We even got the perfect amount of snow. The host contact was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our time at Stratton base lodge, Snow Republic Brewery and Taylor Farm where we can bring 15 year old Old Taz and 3 year old Bella :) "

From all the movies and games that you could want along with a warm and peaceful environment. The owners thought of everything so there was no need to fuss . If you are looking to get away and relax this is the place for you. We left relaxed and very content with our stay . "
