"Really nice property and small mountain home. Very good communication with property owner throughout the process. Very clean and well laid out house with everything you need for a wilderness vacation. The only thing to keep in mind is that the gravel driveway is incredibly steep. I have an AWD car and didnā€™t have any issues. If you have a 2WD car you just need to give it a lot of gas to get up there with rolling momentum. The road directly in front is still blocked off from going to Hot Springs....
