"We enjoyed our stay at Independence Stay Hotel in Houghton. The hotel was new, clean, updated, and very comfortable. We especially appreciated having a full kitchen along with the other amenities, which made our stay even more convenient. The breakfast offerings were modest, but it was a nice little something to get you started for the day. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would gladly stay here again."
"I showed up at 1:10 pm. To find the place deserted. No body available and the office locked. I called the office and no answer. The pictures on line are nothing, zero like what I found the place to look like. What a dump. So I moved on and stayed elsewhere. But they sure were able to charge me 136.71 $ from where ever they were. For a room I wouldn't stay in EVER."
