"No air conditioning available until April. We went during spring break and it was warmer. The room was very hot and there was not a good way to cool it. The staff was not friendly."

"No hot water and while there was a note slid under my door at sometime, still that isn't a good reason to be glib about the fact that there was no hot water. I get that things happen, but it was disappointing."

"The door to the bathroom was beat up like someone tried to kick it down and it don’t close all the way which was very disappointing. The staff was friendly at check in. The air conditioning sucked, it did not stay on and the room was very warm as a result. The bathrooms off the lobby were a mess and didn’t set a great tone for the stay going forward. The location was great, the room itself was clean and the bed comfortable. But the bathroom door and the plates wall from the shower to the room were both less than desirable. "

"We had a room with the most awesome seats in the windows. Love!! The staff is so amazing. We stay in Chicago a lot, many different hotels..this one has been by far one of my favs. Easy location to find, easy in and out. Highly recommend"
