"The front desk staff was very professional. The valet staff was very rude most of the time seemed like they were forced to be there. The rooms are definitely outdated first night ran into certain insects in our room bathroom. "

"The rooms are small. The bathroom doors are the sliding barn style that left large gaps that equals no privacy. No fridge or coffee pot in the rooms. Wanted my room cleaned and a note was left that they couldn't get in the room (room was not locked). When I talked to staff about it, the simply did not care and did nothing to correct the problem. We stayed on the fourth floor and the music from the lobby was still very loud at night. I won't be staying here again. If your looking for a place to relax, this hotel is not it."

"Clean room. Sofa bed is big enough for 1 adult plus 1 kid. The only problem was that the fitness center was in maintenance and not fountain water."

"Room was nice and big. Shuttle was available for one mile. Walking distance to restaurants and bars. Zack was and amazing shuttle driver very kind and getting you to and from your destination. "

Checking was ok, should be better for a 4 stars hotel, no was a hair dryer on the room by mistake and I had to call 3 times to get one after an hour, shower cap was not replaced after first day, rude and poor check out at the front desk. It could be a better hotel customer service "
