"I paid for a bigger, more expensive room not facing the highway. They gave me a lesser, dirty room facing the very noisy highway, but still charged me the higher price. I felt ripped off. It did, however, feel safer and more convenient than staying in disgusting, dangerous, and over-priced Denver proper. "

My issue was their contact person, i was told any early check in would cost $100, I tried to reach the contact person because the home was cold, would not answer for me, i called and text for another issue, no answer to my call or text from the contact person. Overall, the contact person was not handling business as needed, but everything else about our stay was rewarding to us all."
