There’s also a dumpster in front of the house for public use. Therefore, there’s almost always someone out front. It was very convenient for the ball fields."

We arrived and left to a hotel within 15 minutes of arriving. We documented everything with pictures. The floors are not white or new, they are brown, with holes all over the place. "While the check in process was efficient and easy, the rest of the stay wasn’t good. The Vrbo was filled with dead bugs and moths in the kitchen and bathroom. When we brought the issue to the host, he insisted that it’s normal and that it was recently cleaned. The stay also had mold growing in the bathtub. "The property itself is fine, and we can’t do much about the location behind the Safeway and next to the assisted living facility outside Brighton. We just needed a place to stay and get some sleep to make early event times for a swim meet. Sadly, that sleep was disrupted by the “chirp” of a smoke alarm with a dead battery. Part of maintenance is changing those things regularly so your guests don’t have to unplug it from the ceiling at 3:00 am to get back to sleep."
