"Toilet was wobbly in room, missing trim in hallways, they make their guests pay for parking when they are out in the middle of the suburbs, felt unkempt, and continental breakfast was just carbs…only fruit was a banana. So unhealthy!"

"Airport shuttle a mess! Driver didn’t keep to the schedule after midnight- so every time we called we were given the wrong information. Gave up after waiting an hour and took a Lyft. The kind front desk person helped make up for it, so appreciations to the staff in the hotel. When I saw the shuttle the next day I also realized that it is shared with Hyatt and the doubletree sticker is small… so if recommend looking carefully for the doubletree sticker and if the shuttle doesn’t come within a half hour give up, because the driver is not reliable."
