Accidental stay, thanks to flight cancellation. After a miserable evening at IAH standing in long lines, my wife and I gave up trying to get a hotel voucher from Frontier Airline, and picked this hotel on Expedia. We were tired. This hotel was clean and well-mannered. Both evening and morning staff were courteous and efficient, and the breakfast better than average. Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. Did not use the exercise room or pool. Pool looked clean, but is right next to the parking...

Checked in Thursday afternoon & stayed overnight cheching out Friday. Our stay was quiet, beds clean & comfortable. I would recommend this property to anyone wanting a quiet professionally run hotel. It is a mystery why the ratings were so low. Definitely a 5 star hotel.

We were very pleased with the room. The TV had some problems we reported as we left. The young lady at the check-out called me several days later and thanked me for reporting the TV and gave us a discount on our room. We were very surprised about the discount and will stay again if we have to return to Houston, TX again.

Everything was perfect, except the AC unit. It was almost unbearable to sleep with the loud noise it was making in our room.

We were in Hampton Inn Houston Airport/Humble by the Highway, from May 1 to 3. It was a wonderful experience. We arrived at around 8 PM because of a two hour delay in our flight. I called the concierge for shuttle pick up, which as advertised is free. The concierge had a friendly and welcoming voice which impressed me. I asked for her name - Cathy. Close to airport with free airport shuttle. Hot breakfast served free.free WiFi. Clean rooms, spacious. I rally enjoyed my stay!

Very nice hotel and easily accessible from the airport.

Hotel was nice and clean, room was comfy and location was convenient to where I wanted it to be. I liked the secure parking that was available.

Fabulous! Much better than we expected! We felt safe, comfortable, and cared for too! Very clean! Although we thought breakfast was included, well apparently not. A little pricey, but I have to say it was one of the best omelettes I’ve ever had. Impressive staff! I think it’s the best place to stay in the local area! Seems to be a brand new hotel too!

Check in was amazingly easy and there was a little shopping center with lots of food options just a few minutes away so easy walking distance. We would come back again if we are in Housyon!
