"The property had some major drawbacks that impacted our stay. The lack of parking permits meant we couldn’t park nearby between 12 pm and 12 am, which was highly inconvenient. The steep stairs to the bedrooms were challenging, especially with luggage. The smoke alarm battery kept bleeping and couldn’t be fixed immediately, though the property manager was helpful and resolved it on the second day by removing it. "This is a private letting with the young owner resident. It was difficult to find: sandwiched between the park and the avenue but the owner had rectified that. Very "Peaceful " as the name suggests. Plenty of buses and within walking distane of the centre of Hull."
