"Staff were very helpful. I was travelling alone with a baby and the front desk staff helped with my bags. Room was nice and clean. Only 2 downsides the pillows were as thin as paper and lumpy in my room and the lift is tiny. As I had a pram only the pram and myself could squeeze in and it was a squeeze. If you’re travelling with children I’d recommend leaving the pram in the car. "

"The staff were all lovely,the breakfast was delicious too,lots of choice,the room was really nice ,but the bed was awful,we both found it so uncomfortable ,the premier inn bed is so much more comfortable and bigger,plus the quilt was very small for the bed,the bathroom was lovely and clean,and the shower was good for me been upright,the pressure wasnt very good though,apart from the bed ,everything was really nice,we enjoyed our stay,and all the staff,checkin and breakfast restaurant staff were really nice too"
