"The positive side of my experience is the super lovely staff, good location and size of the room. Unfortunately i took some stars off as the bathroom wasn't very clean, a lot of dust, not fresh toilet roll but left over from previous person....the shower curtain was incredible smelly I had to keep the window open durin my stay because of that which I will be honest ruined the joy...the hairdryer was literally covered in dust was just very unpleasant each time I was stepping in yhe bathroom. I think a shower curtain in a hotel is super bad idea not hygienic at all and is a shame because I do think overall the hotel has great potential. I did had breakfast included which unfortunately I haven't had the chance to check but I did bought a sandwich from the reception side during the day and was tasty. "

"The room was tiny as was the bed. It was either too hot or too cold. It said wheelchair friendly but you couldnt get in the properry without someone with you to notify the reception to start the lift and getting to the lift was a nightmare. The staff were fantastic though "

"We received a warm welcome at reception and were booked in quickly. Hotel is in a great location and was very handy for walking to some of the major sites in Berlin. We didn't sample the food so can't comment on that. Beds were comfortable but the pillows disappeared the moment your head hit them. Clean, comfortable and good location. We would book again."

"The family room was extremely small and uncomfortable. Breakfast was a shambles—very disorganised, and if you arrived late, there was very little choice. At times, there was no cutlery or cups available. When booking with Hilton, I expected a certain standard and level of quality, but those expectations have been dispelled. I was really disappointed."
