"My husband and I loved the Mad Hatter Hotel! The Alice in Wonderland decor is an extra plus! The front desk staff was OUTSTANDING; extremely helpful and personable. Its location is an easy walk to the Waterloo Train Station and the Underground. The room was clean. A bonus was the attached restaurant/bar-GREAT food. We would definitely stay there again!"

"I've attended this property to host professional events a few times and the staff and venue are always very helpful and friendly. This was the first time we stayed here in one of the suites, which was absolutely sublime and perfect for our needs. It was clean and comfortable with great facilities. The only slight criticism I'd have is that if there is an event on the noise carries into the rooms and can be disruptive until late.
