When I asked for fried eggs I was told it wasn’t an option to have any other eggs. Apart from that room all good and remainder of breakfast was good. If I travel from Liverpool airport again I more than likely stay at the Prem Inn."

"Quiet and comfy room, by the canal about 15 mins walk from the centre of Chester. Good selection at breakfast. Slight negative was I followed the parking directions given to park at station only to then walk to hotel and find there was parking directly outside (same price too)."

"My room was never cleaned, even after I physically went to the front desk and requested service. Additionally, the room had a strong chlorine smell from the pool area, and the hallway consistently smelled like cigarette smoke."

"Very nice hotel in the centre of Chester. Great restaurant and a spacious room. Very comfortable bed. Only complaint was the show was a shower and tub combo which didn’t drain well and was not easy to shower in. I think that’s more of a cultural thing with the UK preference vs American. All in all this is the best hotel in Chester that I have stayed in (stayed in a lot over the years)."
