"We loved the water taxi and garden walk options to CityWalk. The food was very good/excellent. We appreciated the quicker, less expensive grab-and-go food and drink options at the New Dutch Trading Co as well. The Caribbean-themed resort was fun and lovely. The room was cleaned and replenished every day. Staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. The pool and hot tub were great. Towels were always available. Ordering and receiving food poolside was quick and easy. Unfortunately some areas of the grounds were in poor shape (brown plants and tree leaves) apparently due to the recent cold spell in February but we soon got over it because almost everything else was in excellent condition. Our room showed some signs of wear and tear like marks on the walls and some aged caulking in the bathroom area. Our clothes iron’s retractable cord didn’t work so we had to ask for it to be replaced and it was on the same day. A large water feature with a water wheel and falls was out of commission during our 7 day stay. It looked a little unsightly. Upon arrival we found ourselves a little underwhelmed as we were comparing this resort to Cabana Bay which we stayed at last year and really loved but with each passing day we liked Sapphire Falls more and more. 8.5 out of 10."

"Room had roaches. Immediately had to check out. The towels people use were outside in a bin. It smells awful outside and in the rooms. This is a motel with a nice pool. Literally "

"Don’t be fooled by pictures online, Hotel looks nothing like it. 1 person working, onsite restaurant closed no game room pool dirty and over chlorinated only 2 working receptacles in the room both hanging out of the wall, no blankets and when I asked for one I got a sheet of literary felt! Would leave 0 stars if I could!!"

"Pool was nice.. arcade eeh.. rooms booo our bed was hard and not a queen… as an inspector I’ve visited my share of four point Sheraton hotels and this one was underwhelming it just seemed old and more motelish.. distance was the best part along with transportation to universal.. but the resort sharks in the lobby are pretty annoying… breakfast was pricey for the options you got but good none the less overall if you need a place to sleep then book .. if you care for aesthetics then don’t. "
