"Staff was wonderful, every staff member was attentive and polite. The room could have been better, the bed frames were old, our bed would squeak. The room smelt dusty and there was dust on the curtains. The bathroom was small, dint like the tub and to close the shower was hard it wouldn’t close all the way the water would drip at night. They do have more modern up to date rooms, we just happen to be given an old one."

"Bed was uncomfortable, huge gap between door and still plate, roaches and rodents probably live rent free.... Had to stuff it with a blanket every night hoping to mitigate intrusions. Was very noisy to sleep there, acoustic isolation was non existent. Secured parking lot was nice. Overall, fairly clean. Friendly security guards and cleaning staff. But wouldn't stay here again"

"I don’t know how this property has a 4.2 rating on Expedia, unless we were just unlucky with our room which smelled really bad and was run down. The pool wasn’t in great shape either. All staff, except one female staff (heavily made up) on reception were courteous and friendly. She was unprofessional and rude to her coworker in front of me. Our room in my opinion smelled of a mixture of stale smoke and urine, to my husband it smelled like wet dog. The bathroom was in great need of a renovation with a poor a job of caulking along the bath and yellow, crusty caulking, coming away from the toilet. The sofa bed was stained down the side, and when pulled out the black fabric base was splattered with white (mold), and the springs were poking out the bottom of the mattress. It was disgusting. We weren’t able to change our room until the next day after checkout time during which time we were away for the day so we just had to put up with it for another night. Definitely wouldn’t stay here again."

"We have stayed here 10 times probably. We love it here. We will be back 4 more times this year. Breakfast is great. Staff is great. Pools clean. Theres a area for kids. They do movies by the pool at night."
