"First it started great pulled in early to grab the shuttle to Universal Studios my room was ready so awesome early check-in. Great start right.... well with a 7 year old he wants to swim, play in the arcade, run around on the splash pad, and at the end of the night eat some pizza. Mom and son trip here we go. Welp... arcade has a handful of games geared for big teens/adults, pool is okay alittle small with it being a family hotel splash pad never turned on so not sure if was broke or not. Well now its the end of the day moms tired boy is tired and what do i do but bribe my boy if we hurry we can swim and get pizza before the close it all down at 10PM crazy i know right family hotel catering to families in the park you think they would stay open till 11 or midnight (not like their paying lifeguards) but nope 10pm bit wait heres the kicker dont believe in the posted signs everywhere telling you can get food and drinks till 10... its a lie drinks yes so grab a shot before you head out again to go find food because kitchen closes at 930 but feel free to do some miniature golf in front of the hotel people were folfing till midnight!!!! Extremely unhappy momma there... and ti TOP IT OFF I WAS ASKED AT CHECK IN IF ID BE INSTRESTED IN LOOKING INTO A TIMESHARE WITH THEIR MORE UPSCALE HOTEL JUST DOWN THE ROAD!!!!"

"The shuttle was so convenient. The rooms were spacious. The pool and fitness center were great. The staff were very helpful. I love that they gave us a number to text if we needed anything. I definite will stay there again. "

"The waterpark area was nice with the exception that about half the umbrellas were broken. However, our rooms were a different story…we didn’t have any running water in our room for several hours which meant no one could flush or wash hands after a long travel day, and our whole floor was under major construction (noisy, drop cloths, wet paint, gutted rooms). The floor should’ve been closed during renovation. We couldn’t get calls through to the front office to get enough bedding or towels for our family, and even though we reserved a nonsmoking room, it smelled musty and smoky. Parking, resort fee and breakfast were all extra charges, but we were denied any compensation or credit for any of those extra charges, despite them not meeting the basic needs of a reservation. We paid over $200 for one night, and didn’t have running water or blankets and pillows for our family. I get it… construction happens, and If they had offered some form of credit for their inability to meet the basic needs of a hotel, I may not have felt like they scammed us. But to charge full price while not providing the agreed upon services is not acceptable. Don’t walk- Run away from this hotel!!"

"Location was great for going to Universal. The room was clean. My only complaint is that it took a long time to check in and I had to check in twice ~ each day for the 2 nights. Taking the free shuttle was a little confusing but it worked out well."

"The rooms were spacious and clean, staff very helpful. Worked hard to find us 2 rooms close together. Great view of pool area and volcano in waterpark near by. Food court is very large, has, lots of variety of foods and fast process to get through. Took grandchildren age 12 and 7, they loved the pool and hot tub. Location was very close to Universal, Disney, and Seaworld. "

"Dirty room, lamp shades had mold , broken toilet, FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. No game room. The “Game room” is completely empty. With how disgusting this hotel was I didn’t even attempt to go to use the pool (if they had one),"
