"The whole check in process took way too long. I was stood in line for over 30 mins waiting to check in. I only booked there to get the express pass perk and early entry but by the time I had checked in we had missed the early entry and the Q times were already very long even with the express passes. Most of the day the rest of our party, who didnt have express passes, waited in line the same if not less time then we did! So the whole process and extra expense was pointless for an already very expensive once in a life time trip for our family! "

"Went for one night stay, super easy check in and check out. Continental breakfast was really really good! Only thing that was slightly disappointing was the water in the shower was not as hot as I would have preferred. Room was very clean and everything worked fine. Location is super convenient to everything! Will definitely stay again!"
