"The suite was very nice bigger than expected and everything was included in the kitchen to do a long term stay. It’s a decent property but it’s dated. Still a good value for the money compared to other hotels in the area. You need a car to get to the universal area or the main strip where attractions and food are like ikon. The overall property was very busy, lots of people and kids. Maybe not the best for an Adult or couples getaway. Parking was difficult some nights having to park far away from our suite and walk through the rain to get there. Pool area was nice and clean. Probably a great value for families with kids. Not a fan of the “resort fee” either. Price should be the price end of story."

"The night before departure we received a note that power would be cut intermittently starting at 9AM. This meant getting up before this time to shower or risk having lights go out leaving me in the pitch dark. They should have at least waited to after checkout time. Air conditioning was either full on or off. It got freezing cold when on. The electricity was off in the show and sink area when we arrived. Maid service was great."

"The toilet in the room never flushed properly. Had to flush multiple times to get it to actually flush. Ordered a pizza in the deli. Took nearly 1 hour. Was told that the order did not properly get placed. Staff in deli were not attentive. On mobile phones the majority of the time I was waiting for my order. Front desk personel and amenities were nice overall."

"Breakfast was subpar! One of the desk people was very confrontational about what another, more helpful person told us the night before. She got us all spun up before going to our granddaughters volleyball game. Probably won’t be back to one of your hotels. The cost was what was attractive to us, but after adding nightly parking, it was no deal! Just add it to the room cost!"

"Check in was great and quick and lobby very clean. The rooms was great and huge, the only thing that was the best was the housekeeping. The reason for that is they don't do room service everyday, which is fine but they should at least have housekeeping go by and check for at least the garbage needs to be taken out or if we need more coffee for the coffee maker and more coffe cups. Other than that I was very very pleased with this hotel/resort and would definitely stay there again. Also everything you would need or want is in walking distance, food pharmacy mall everything."
