"I would like to inform that the flat when I booked it was in an inappropriate state due to its dirtiness and poor maintenance. Mould in the corners and dust in hidden places like behind the bed and even on the fan. It was like that before I went in, but as I spent most of my time elsewhere visiting, I couldn't see all that until I went round to clean what I'd used.
