The same person performs the following tasks, the customer service, room service, concierge and others. the staff everywhere is humble and sweat. However the reception staff lack some professionalism and need lots of training. The resort is highly recommended, I will come again for sure."

"We had an exceptional week. Our room wasn’t that big, but considering we only went up there to sleep, it was fine. The food in the restaurants, including a la carte, were awesome.
