"The staff went out of their way to help with whatever we needed, including help with a rental car issue. The restaurant dinner was very high quality. The family connection with the winery made for a very enjoyable stay. It featured a wine made from grapes of a varietal thought to be extinct but was rescued when its roots were discovered in a cave. The wine Tizza was probably the best I have ever had the chance to enjoy!"

"Excellent staff. They went above and beyond. Someone in our party was ill and they suggested they would call a doctor and he would come to the resort. Within an hour the Dr arrived assessed situation provided prescription so our vacation was not disrupted. Excellent. "

"We had a last-minute stay there due to the train strike, and it was a great evening after all… The hotel was right there in the main Square plus near the train station. The staff was lovely and they have the most beautiful rooftop patio and bar. you have to check out."

"This is a classic luxury hotel. I can't imagine the amount of time and energy it takes to upkeep this property. But they somehow manage to maintain a spotless, manicured and warm environment. The room was quite large and rich in design. The restaurant and the staff who work there are excellent. I was here for some mother/daughter time and we loved making this our base to visit the surrounding towns. Timeless elegance!"

"It was too cold for the swimming pool as it is mid October, there were people using the hot tub, but I have one in my room and the sauna so why bother it was so wonderful and the staff was super. Christina was the most wonderful ball."
