We did have an unfortunate experience: the tlf.no. we got online was apparently wrong (turned out to be that of a landlady for a property next door, who uses the same parking facility). "Beautiful views. The space is nice. Communication to coordinate letting me in was not good and I waited for. Long time. Another group was also waiting for their property by the same management - this is not nice after such a long voyage to get there. Spot is nice - but ve advised you will have 11 flights of stairs to go up and down (8 of which are our doors so mind the weather if you can’t walk yo that many stairs )."

The down side for us flying into Milan from Scotland on an evening flight was having to find and get to the property management office in Como within a certain time to pick up the keys before going further on to property in Cernobbio. Fine if you had a car but we didn’t. Would be easier if there was a key box situated at the property. That being said we would definitely stay...
