"I booked two rooms as a last minute stay. Immediately on bookimg I had two phone calls that I missed as I was in my way to the accommodation. I then received a text message to tell me they could not accommodate my booking and to cancel. I was adviced by Expedia not to cancel as this would be against the cancellation policy - I am still trying to get a refund and will probably have to esculate the process"

"Check-in was at 3pm. No details regarding check-in were sent prior to the check-in. I called many times seeking information but was told that the information would be provided to me at 3pm however no details were sent. @4pm l was still chasing for the details. At around 4:30pm thats when they decided to tell me that the place wasn't ready and the cleaners hadn't been around to clean.
