"We loved everything about this place. It's in a fantastic rural setting, and is very comfortable. The apartment is clean, spacious and very well equipped. Outside the gardens are lovely, and there are views of fields and trees on both sides. The host provided lots of interesting information about the local area, and there were walks from the doorstep. This is a great location for exploring the Peak District."

"The apartment is very spacious and at the price a steal. It is comfortable and the toiletries and tea, coffee, etc. were all fine. The rooms are nice and it looked like a great deal. But we ran into some problems: it was a 3-bedroom apartment with two full showers/toilets. One of the showers did not work at all -- and so four of us had to use one shower which was very inconvenient. "Ideal location for exploring the Peak district Property was spotless, nicely furnished, well equipped kitchen. Availability of Netflix very nice touch. Property advertised for up to 10, but would think it could be a bit of a squeeze unless several of party were small children. There were 6 of us and it was perfect size"

Great Overnight Stay
"This hotel is conveniently situated right next to the M6. It has free parking and free (unsecured) WiFi. Check in was quick, welcoming and friendly. There is no lift and very long corridoors, this was a bit of a problem for us as we have resticted mobility. Our room was spacious and very clean with a good bathroom. There was a walk in shower, but it was quite a step up with no grab rail, so again if you have mobility issues, this may be a problem. The bed was comfy and the room was quiet. The TV was very oddly programmed and took a while to master. The bar and lounge area was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing. Lots of hot and cold choices available and Alex served, assisted and cleared very efficiently. We were particulary impressed with the breakfast. All in all a good stay and we would return."
