The otherworldly rock formations of Les Orgues d'Ille draw visitors to this charming Catalan town nestled in the Pyrenees foothills. Explore the Hospici d'Illa museum to discover medieval treasures before heading to nearby Thuir for a taste of Byrrh aperitif.
I had such a lovely stay with Manuel and Sigrid! A B&B style property and their home, I joined them for dinner that evening too.
My French is stumbling but between that and Google translate we had a very nice evening and the food was great.
I arrived on my motorcycle and Manuel organised secure garaged parking for me. Apparently they often host cyclists and bikers and were very welcoming.
So a lovely air-conditioned room, lovely hosts and great food. Recommended!

Friendly host, and the most friendly town. Views are spectacular… The bed was comfy and rooms were spacious. The host were lovely cooks. Would stay at Maison Prades B&B over any hotel…

Our stay was perfection. From the warm greeting, to the amazing rooms and grounds, to a delicious dinner at a nearby El Geko restaurant,’to breakfast the next morning. This was by far one of our favorite places!

This is a gem in a secluded location, it's like going back in time, the restaurant is fabulous, the swimming hole next to the hotel is unforgettable, the overall vibe awesome.

This B&B is charming and cozy, with a lot of quirky character. It is more like staying in someone’s home than in a hotel. Each of the rooms is differently decorated; the breakfast takes place on a vine-covered verandah where dinner is also eaten if you book ahead. There is an outdoor seating area in the entry courtyard and also in the interior courtyard by a small fishpond. Cold bottled water—and a tasty mint syrup to add to water—is kept available for guests in a fridge in the games room....

Breakfast was excellent, the only thing : they don't have a restaurant, how ever there is a cafeteria near by, with a real "Bad indigestion food" if you go there bring your "Pepto Bismol" with you.
