"Este no es un Hotel sino un departamento que rentan por habitaciones. Ofrecen en hoteles.com la mejor habitacion del apartamento pero al llegar te la cambian por una mas pequeña y sencilla sin baño privado. Le rentan la misma habitacion a varios huespedes y al final se configura la estafa que repiten ciclicamente. Ofrecen lavanderia y no la dejan usar. Luego se hace reclamacion y no aceptan lonque hacen. Muy mal lugar nada recomendado. La habitacion tiene mala la cerradura y se hace insegura....

"We loved our stay (3 nights) - super responsive staff, excellent location, and since our room was on the interior it was really quiet. Room was really comfortable and spacious and the king bed is appreciated - a rarity in European hotels! We would definitely stay here again. "

"arrived early from US to Madrid - 10:30am. Was able to work in the comfortable lounge space between the reception desk and the bar/resturant in HRC Hotel from 10:30 to 1:30 (check in time was 3pm but they were able to get me a room by 1:30). VERY nice place and well maintained... "
