"This was our third stay at this gorgeous cottage. We loved how close in proximity it is to all the main attractions but also how quiet it is. The cottage is cosy and the fire was lovely for colder days. Would definitely recommend staying here."

"Had a great half term break. Cottage is perfectly placed within 10m of two pubs. The village has a couple of tea rooms, a deli and a village shop as well. Loads of great walks from the village, and right in the heart of the Dales. Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo"

"The Flaggs is a special place. Its old world charm is complemented with modern comfortable beds and lovely pillows. Although small it contains everything one needs for a 5 night stay.It is a pleasant 15 minute walk along the river to Settle station from where you can take the scenic Settle to Carlisle line to enjoy splendid views of the Yorkshire Dales or do excellent circular or linear walks.We would stay at the Flaggs again."

"We stayed for a week in February and didn’t want to leave. The Cottage is a home away from home and has everything we needed and much more. The kitchen had everything needed for us to cook each day. The log burner was a special treat. Great WiFi and TV, very comfortable bed and nice and warm central heating. Neil and Sharon were fantastic hosts and we really enjoyed their advice and friendly chats! Can’t wait to return!"
