"Rooms are roughly as seen in the photos if slightly smaller. Shower worked well As others mentioned there are trains running through the night that may be an issue for some people. Area a tad sketchy at night. My rooms AC was quite loud and in desperate need of a service but otherwise a good room"

"Had a fabulous stay in this 5* boutique hotel. Room looked to be tastefully and recently refurbished. The bed was very comfortable, enabling a peaceful nights sleep. Staff were friendly and helpful and the service was delivered in a very personalised way. Guest comfort and enjoyment was high on their agenda. I'd go back to the Vintry and Mercer Hotel if I have opportunity to return, and would recommend to friends and family very highly."

"Everyone working here was extremely friendly and accommodating - we had a very comfortable stay and have nothing but good things to say about the staff and environment. The only pain point for us throughout the trip was the bathroom to our room. Had I known the layout from the pictures, I don’t know if I would have booked this room. The glass door, even with the blur, offered very little privacy. Also even though the shower poured straight down, the dip in the floor was not nearly steep enough...

"The hotel is impressive, both inside and out. We stayed in a double room and it was spacious, spotlessly clean and the walk in shower was lovely. The only downside was our poor experience at check-in. The young man at reception wasn’t very welcoming & didn’t tell us that we needed our room key to use the lift (so we thought we were stuck!) Overall though, we’d definitely stay again for the great location and room comfort."
